Open gym offers free use of the gym with coach assistance. Ninja Warrior, parkour, and tricking areas are all available to you in open gym. Our coaches are there with you to ensure the safety of all participants and to offer pointers when you need them. Open gym gives you a laid back environment to train while introducing you to other people with similar interests and goals.

Open Gym is divided in to two age groups:

Youth (8-18 years old)

Teen/Adult (14+ years old)
