How old do I have to be to use the gym?We require all class participants to be at least 4 years old and open gym participants to be at least eight years old. We do make exceptions for birthday parties, competitions and private lessons as long as there is a guardian present. Please call if you have any additional questions regarding our age policy.
What should I bring with me to the gym?We ask that all guests at our gym bring a water bottle. Don't worry, we have a water fountain and we sell beverages and snacks in case you forget. Please do not bring valuables or nonessential items to our gym. We prefer that those items stay safely at home since you will not need them.
What should I wear to Ninja Quest? You should wear active clothing and shoes. You want to be comfortable and able to move freely. A T-shirt, sweatpants or shorts, and sneakers will do the trick! If you have long hair, you may want to keep it pulled back so it doesn't get in the way. We highly recommend that you wear shoes that have a strong grip and that have thin soles. This allows you to feel and grip the various obstacles in our gym and significantly decreases the risk of injuries and accidents.
When are open gyms and how much do they cost? Please view our schedule or call to verify.
How do I start taking classes?
